Breastfeeding and old wives tales?
What old wives tales are you trying to up your milk supply? Drink milk to make milk....Drink a beer before bed....Down a package of oreos??? LOL
I'm guilty of drinking a beer if I feel like I'm getting "low" or eating oatmeal like nobodies business. What's something crazy you've tried or heard to increase your supply?
