I'm so confused! please help :(

Please please could you look at my chart, it's driving me mad!! 😣

I stopped charting on the 9/12 because I had a large ovarian dermoid cyst removed so I was in too much pain to temp. ( I temp vaginally ) I had 2 days of spotting which is normal for the surgery I had but it then turned into a full blown period which was 3 days earlier than expected.

The bit thats confusing me is why my bbt is higher now than when I previously ovulated? Could it be down to trauma from the operation or I ovulated early?
