Why is my temp dropping at 4 DPO I feel like I do not understand why my temps are always low ugh it's so frustrating! Help!

Are you TTC? Sometimes it may drop due to the implantation. Otherwise it could drop if you didn't sleep well or drank alcohol that night. But from what I see the temperature isn't below the coverline. If it continues to drop until it is below that line, your period may come soon.

You have a lot of open circles, which means your temps were taken outside the time frame. You're temp times have to be consistent for you to have an accurate chart. Many things can influence your temp,  drinking, insomnia, or it could be a fallback rise.
