weird symptoms?

So I have had the mirena IUD for just over a year now. It's worked pretty well. My periods got lighter and shorter with in a few months of having it, if not having a period once in awhile. But recently for the past few weeks I've been feeling extremely nauseous, tired, and get headaches everyday. I've been stressed but nothing out of the usual, and when it came around to being the time for my period it was really light besides one day having it be heavier with orange discharge instead of a darker red like usual.
