Is this normal?

I think I'm having some spotting. I've been on the same birth control pill for about 8/9 months now and have never had problems. But this month and last I've had some spotting and cramping before my placebo and withdraw bleeding. My acne has also been getting bad again, and I've never had a problem with it before in BC. Why would these things be happening now, all of the sudden?
