Period cramps since 4dpo

Know what is a kick in the face? Having had a chemical pregnancy last month and bleeding so bad for 6 days that you thought you wouldn't have a uterus by the end of it. Then, trying again the following cycle, and then getting heavy, painful AF cramps from 4dpo onward. I'm now 9dpo, and I know I'm out, but the lovely AF cramps and backache seem to be here to stay. This is so frustrating.

Took a test today and a BFN. Comparing my symptoms to last month when I actually got pregnant, and I'm just positive I'm not. Oh and PMS has been kicking my emotional ass.

This blows.
