I was 23 weeks when they told me i had low fluid. Theyre back up now i just drank a ton..and i mean a TON of water. over 80oz a day. also stay away from salt

Try to drink 5-6 bottles of water a day and the fluid will go back up. I keep a bottle with me at all times and tell myself to drink 1 bottle every 2 hours im awake.

Low fluid could be due to kidney function. Did the Dr refer you to a specialist?
