Periods 4 days late! 😭 stressed!

So my period is currently 4 days late, and I'm kinda stressing out, I don't think I'm pregnant I've only given bjs to my bf ( I am a swallower) not that that should matter, and it's possible I've had sex 1 time but he didn't cum in me and we had a condom. Am I just overthinking it?!
