OK I had a D&C on November 21 2016. Found out baby died at 7 weeks. Well yesterday marking 4 weeks since my D&C I took a HPT and it was positive. When I had my post op appointment my Dr told me everything looked good and was back to normal and to expect my period with in a week or 2. Well it still hasn't came and I've been having pregnancy symptoms. Just wondering could I be pregnant this soon? I did call my Dr waiting for a call back so thought I'd ask you ladies.
