pink eye or clogged tear duct?

I called the doctor today and they didn't call me back. My LO is 17wks old. Does this look a clogged tear duct or pink eye? The discharge gets so bad that she can't open her eye.

My daughter has the same thing and it's a blocked tear duct. It gets so bad that her eye gets gooped closed. I was told to massage from the outside in where the nose is,  with a warm wash cloth. I've been doing this for two weeks and she still gets it from time to time.

My son looked the same and had a ton of discharge. It turned out to be pink eye. I called our doctor and they don't see babies for it so I went to a walk-in clinic and the doctor there confirmed it. Maybe you could try a walk-in clinic. I wouldn't let it go too long before getting it checked out.
