I am looking for moms out there who have been able to lose weight after pregnancy.

What worked for you?

I need advice.

Working out, eating very clean. It's HARD the first 3 months because you're constantly nursing. I didn't start crossfit until my son was about 6 months and I could bring him to the gym with me. That's the only way I could do it. Now, my hdaughter shake and I trade days, or I do Jillian Michaels or Daily Hiit at home. Start with doing the Whole 30 when you're ready, and then begin eating paleo who 80% of the time. It's amazing how much weight you can lose.

Breastfeeding!! You shouldn't have to diet, actually... you probably shouldn't diet while breastfeeding. All that nutrients and fat will pass on to your baby. Eat healthy. Pass on sugars... but I wouldn't diet. Drink plenty of water, and walk, jog, run... those are the best at losing weight quickly.
