The cramps are normal. Could be implantation cramps and your uterus expanding. Try to stay stress free as possible and just take care of yourself and baby. The nausea and food aversion can come literally at any time. Mine came around 8 weeks and lasted until around 13-14 weeks. If you're lucky you won't have any morning sickness!! I'm not sure what I wish someone would've told me..but I will tell you trust yourself and your body. People love to tell you what you should and shouldn't be doing, eating, buying etc. Everyone turns into a child expert as soon as they find out you're pregnant.

I found out I was pregnant less then 12 hours ago!! I am 13 DPO today and waiting for my doc appointment on Friday.
I already have so many questions:
1) I have had a cramp like pressure (what I thought were period cramps) for about 4 days. What is this?
2) any tips or tricks for us to keep baby? So many people around me have had early losses and I want to do everything I can to avoid one
3) I know food aversion and nausea are common symptoms in the first trimester when should I expect this?
4) if you could go back in time what do you wish someone told you at the stage?
Comments, advice, experiences are all welcome!
