Upset:( PCOS

Really upset have been off birth control for 5 months and am on my second period since , I've saw a lot of post about pcos and I have hair on my happy trail and in between my boobs like black hair so I went in for an ultrasound and I have multiple cyst also:( I have an appt with my obgyn to see if I have it but I pretty much am sure I do. I don't want to go through the journey of never being able to conceive feeling really depressed:(, I'm not over weight I'm really thin but I think those two symptoms are pretty big ones :(
