Rash possible pregnancy sign/ symptom?

So I'm maybe 6dpo and for a few days now I've had a rash. It looks like a heat rash. Started by my arm pits, a little on my tummy, then the underside of breasts and a little on my sternum... seems to be spreading to my neck and the right side of my face. It doesn't itch really but kinda hurts if scratched.

Anyway I was looking online for home remedies & possible causes & ran across a bunch of stuff saying it could be pregnancy.

I haven't used any new products or clothing or changed diet or environment. When I first noticed it I thought maybe it was stress but I don't think so anymore.

So have any of you ever heard of this being a pregnancy symptom?

What are your home remedy suggestions?
