postpartum iud as birth control

Had a csection. Bled for 6 weeks straight two wks no period. Got my iud inserted the 30th of nov. n got my period. Til this day I'm still bleeding... gyns not at the office. Wtf is going on ?!? My cramps are horrible and my mood is a complete abomination I can't stand anything!!! N my little girl is the only thing keeping me sane. Anyone relate or could something be wrong?
