TMI coming up: since Monday night I've felt like I've been hit by a truck. Everything hurts and I've been vomiting and having diarrhea. Vomiting stopped and my aches and pains seem to be going away. But I still have chills and sweats and constant diarrhea. It's Wednesday morning now and I've been up all night back and forth to the toilet. I haven't been able to eat anything so it's literally just water coming out of me. My husband is the same but vomiting. How long do I leave it before going to the dr? Is there anything they could even do? I'm 18 weeks
