callous on baby's lip??

I noticed this whiteish thing on the middle of my baby's upper lip. Not sure if I should call the pediatrician or if this is normal. She does breastfeed and occasionally gets a bottle, so I'm wondering if it's just a blister or callous...any ideas??

It happens when baby's upper lip isn't flanged out when nursing. Try to make sure you do that. It'll stop happening eventually :)

You don't need to see a doctor unless it keeps happening, then you may need to check for lip tie. It's caused by clamping too hard because of a bad latch. Try to flange his lips out, but like I said if it keeps going back or you can't then you're most likely looking at a lip tie
