I just used the bathroom and it's brown and green and organge and weird looking so I'm very worried. Also had a blood clot but idk if it just means my period is coming cuz I'm due soon. Also this blood appears when I wipe but no official AF yet

Ur poop is fine and its probably a hemorrhoid. In an ER nurse if that helps you.

If blood in stool is dark red/black in colour, it's generally up further in the GI track and should probably be checked by a doctor to ensure no internal bleeding. If the blood is bright red it's usually at the opening or just before the opening (could be an anal Fischer). I would keep an eye on it and if it doesn't change or get better, I would say go in and get checked just to ensure it's nothing serious. But if your next bowel movement looks normal, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm not a doctor or nurse! Just have some personal experience :)
