Anyone know what this is on her face?

I noticed Sunday Isabelle had some barely noticable bumps on her forehead. And today I noticed they have spread alittle bit and have become more noticeable and alittle bigger. She doesn't scratch or go at her face at all. So it can't be bothering her. Anyone know what it could be?

My son had something similar it wasnt on his face just his body and he tested positive for strep

My son gets that. Heat rashes. Or acne. We use excema lotion because it runs in the family and it usually clears it up the next day.

Baby acne? Put aquaphor on it...

Try the avenno eczema lotion.  It should clear it up. My son had it all over his back and it cleared it up fast..2 days by just putting on after bath at night.  my son has eczema and sensitive skin so that's what I have to use now.

My baby had this too. 😕 The doctor just called it baby rash. It bothered me that he didn't have that "baby smooth" skin he was supposed to have, but my Dr. wasn't concerned. If you're really worried just check with baby's Dr.
