First IVF attempt failed; considering acupuncture

I am on my TTC journey since 2014 and I am 35 now. I had 3 rounds of clomid with low AMH (ovarian reserve) and failed. My Ob then referred me to a fertility clinic where I again had a round of clomid with injectables and BD naturally, which also failed. Then my SO and I decided to go for IVF with PGD/PGS (as I have CMT- Charcot Marie Tooth). The doctors convinced me PGD is waste of money in my case so we went ahead with IVF with ICSI and PGS. My first treatment cycle was good and we got 3 fertilized embryos frozen of which one was transferred but didn't stick. AF just said HI yesterday and I have an upcoming appointment with my doctor in Jan 2017. 

Meanwhile I am considering to see a licensed acupuncturist. What are your opinions on this ? Please guide me as google doesn't really help me as much as you experienced and friendly ladies 😊💐
