10 weeks today and I don't feel pregnant!

I'm a worrier anyway I over think everything, booked in for my 12 week scan on the 4th Jan however I don't feel pregnant at all, if it wasn't for my dating scan at 8 weeks I wouldn't believe there was anything there! Is anyone else going through the same thing?
