So my boyfriend an I went to to ER today to check out a pain in my collarbone and my side

So my boyfriend an I went to to ER today to check out a pain in my collarbone and my side. The doctor walked back in and said "well your pregnant "! I looked at him in shock and said...."um no 😧👎 no.... um what? No just no", he said yes just take a moment.... and relax because I went sheet white and almost passed out of shock.... I kept being congratulations to us and I'm still in shock...  If anyone has any advice please please feel free to throw it my way, this is new to me and yes I'm only 18 and kinda scared... I can't handle negative people right now so please just be encouraging
