Daddy alternatives??

My bf HATES being called daddy, and even gets grossed out by other couples using it. Personally, I could go with or without it, but since he hates it, we just use it as a joke.

However, he's very dominant and I'm very submissive. Does anyone use other formal terms during play? Sir? Master? Other options? I want to suggest he makes me call him something but I'm unsure what.

I also hate him calling me baby or princess, etc etc. But "slave" sounds too forced. Suggestions there too?
