is it too early to test?!

Im at CD 23 idk when i ovulated as im not using opk's or temp'n and never had EWCM but for the past week and a half i have been experiencing cramps off and on in pelvic area crazy im very moody and cranky i havent really expeirced sore breast but my nipples are more senstive and today i had the weirdest "flutter" sensation in my tummy AF is due on the 27th can i test now or is it too soon?
