When do y'all plan on taking your maternity leave ? . I been thinking about it . My job consists of standing for 9 hours. My HR said just let him know when i'm ready for a stool at my station but it's a non stop over at my station. i won't even have time to rest on it . I have comfortable shoes but the floors at my job are concrete and the work mats are old and weared out .
