IUD or the pill?

I'm interested in getting some BC but I'm just scared of the side effects. How has it been for you? I'd like to hear your stories or any advice/tips would be appreciated

Had to get off pill for blood pressure reasons... the side effects are significant...

I have recently gotten the nexplanon.. which is the bar you get in your arm. I haven't had any side effect yet it's just sore and bruised, but that's normal being that I just got it recently. It's good for 3 years too. So it's easy and you won't have the responsibility of taking the pill everyday.

My mom got cancer from the IUD and dealing with the strings sound really annoying. I recommend the pill.
