period after stopping clomid

My husband and I have been TTC for two years now with unexplained infertility. This is my first cycle after stopping clomid 50mg for 3 months, and I'm two days late with all negative tests. The clomid previouscly made me have a exact 30 day cycle so I'm wondering if it's the clomid causing a late period or a possible pregnancy (fingers crossed). Has any one else had a off period after stopping clomid?
