We discovered our loss at our 12w scan on Monday after bleeding like a period over the weekend (and every day since) we went for another scan Tuesday & were told that because the foetus is only 3mm with no heart beat we have to come back in a week for another scan before they can book the D&C. Even though I took a positive test on 24th October so I know I couldn't be less than 10 weeks.
