Recently diagnosed PCOS and possible pregnancy

So I was diagnosed with PCOS a couple months ago. The doc only checked my testosterone and tsh levels and said I had the 2:1 ratio for PCOS but never did an ultrasound to check. My cycle is normally around 30 days. I had unprotected sex in my fertile window and now I'm 5 days late on my period but getting negative results. Who else has experienced this? Also, any suggestions on what to do?
