Spontaneous lactation: ttc after loss at 11 weeks

In june it was found my baby at 11 weeks had no heartbeat. We had a d&c and tried to move on, we started Ttc shortly after and its been months. Cycle after cycle. Still nothing. The last cycle i bought ovulation tests and have been keeping detailed summary of periods and temperature. The last week ive noticed im lactating. First it was just one side but if i tried both sides will express and now both breasts are sore. Ive taken several pregnancy tests all being negative. Some of my friends believe it maybe too soon to have a positive. Some believe because my original due date is fast approaching within a couple weeks it could just be hormones. According to last ovulation date and period i should be able to test now. Im going to retest im just not sure when I should or if I should just wait to speak to my regular doctor next month. No other major symptoms have presented, with my pregnancies ive had overwhelming nausea, but, at this time I have no other symptoms other than sore breasts and lactating. My expected period should be in 6 days. I know its all a waiting game, but Im concerned it could be something more serious and be seen sooner.

Ive never experienced anything like this. Even after the birth of my living child it took almost 4 days for my milk to come in. Not sure what to think.
