did I ovulate already????

So according to the glow app I am supposed to ovulate on the 23rd. The top is the ovulation test I took and Monday and the bottom is the one I took this morning. So did I ovulate already or no. Earlier this week my bbt was 100.2 and now it's back down to 98.2
