Implantation

Can anyone please help me out here, I am getting stressed out about this now, my period was due 15 days ago, I'm getting backache and stomach cramps and have had bright red spot bleeding over the past three days, but just like one spot of blood at a time, now I have a light pink discharge, is this implantation bleeding? I'm a bit freaked out. I had one child ten years ago and remember a little blood around my period time but don't remember any back pain
