Abnormal thickening of fetal heart

I had my 36 week appointment as well as my weight ultrasound. I have no health issues, no dilation yet, baby looks good weight wise and fluid is good. He weighs 6lbs 3oz so far. However, the doctor wants to send us to a specialist because there was an abnormal thickening in the baby's heart. She said we'd get a call from the specialists office in a week, and from there it's usually 1-2 weeks to get an appointment. So baby could be here before we even get in (this is my second, first came at 39 weeks). They'll run tests on baby if that's the case. Just wondering if anyone else went through this? I am beyond worried and won't know anything for a few weeks.
