I'm scared

So I'm 4 weeks pregnant and my husband is excited but today I started bleeding. I'm still coming to terms with the fact that I may be a mom, but I'm scared as hell that I could experience early term miscarriage. Someone please help me, I'm at a stand still and I can't reach my husband. I'm only 20 idk what to do
