Had an HSG done twice. Once to check the tubes before fertility treatments and once after an ectopic pregnancy which ruined my tube.  I didn't get pregnant right after, but I did get pregnant the cycle after my laparoscopy!

I had it done. They found one blocked tube, it's didn't help to unblock it. Nor did I conceive in the few month following it. It was super painful though.

I had it done after ttc for 8 months. I got my bfp the following month! Good luck

A hysterosalpingogram, or HSG is an important test of female fertility potential. The HSG test is a radiology procedure usually done in the radiology department of a hospital or outpatient radiology facility.

This shows whether the fallopian tubes are open or blocked and whether a blockage is at the junction of the tube and uterus (proximal) or at the other end of the tube (distal).
