cereal?

How old were y'all LO when y'all started putting cereal in the bottle. My LO has acid reflux and hardly keeps it down. She will be 5 months on the 29th. And I was wondering if now is too early

Since she has acid reflux you're fine with putting it in the bottle. We started at 3 months. He's almost 5 months now. The cereal helped a lot!

rice or oat cereal in the bottle is acceptable for babies with reflux.

Don't put it in the bottle it can be a choking hazard. Instead spoon feed cereal. You can start as early as 4 months, or you can skip cereal and wait until 6 months to introduce solids.
