SEPARATION ANXIETY.....
My daughter is a week old, and if anyone else holds her or she's away from me for 5 minutes, she cries. I put her in her bassinet, she cries. She only falls asleep on me, not by herself. It feels nice to be needed, but I go back to school after Christmas break and I fear she will have problems with separation. I will too, but I can cope. Did anyone else experience newborns with separation anxiety, or is this just abnormal thing and she'll adjust when I'm gone? I understand she's only a newborn, but I don't want her to feel awful when I leave.. FTM, please no judgement or rude comments
