I have very irregular periods, sometimes they come and sometimes they dont

I have very irregular periods, sometimes they come and sometimes they dont.. by this point I haven't had a period sense August and now it was November i was in disbelief that I could be pregnant at ALL. my boobs and nipples were changing and I noticed my eating changed and I just wasn't myself, I knew something was off. I took a test for fun also in disbelief that it would be positive, I convinced sometime in October and now I'm 11 weeks pregnant tomorrow!! God works in crazy ways...
