how far along would you think I am?

I'm pregnant and have known for about two weeks now. My last full period was October 21st for about 4-5 days (normal for me) and last month I had a "period" on November 19th for 1 day. 6 days later I spotted. I don't have an ultrasound until right after the New Year being the fact that my doctor is totally booked. I could either be anywhere between 5-9 weeks pregnant but in the first trimester that's a pretty big gap. I'm just anxious to find out! I'm thinking last month wasn't a period, and it might have just been implantation. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!!
