What is considered cheating to you?

You would be surprised how people perceive cheating. In my world.. cheating is flirting, kissing, having sex, the whole shebang. But to my surprise, my best friend doesn't consider kissing someone else cheating because there's no connection there and it "means nothing." My coworker has also said the same thing recently. They both agree that having sex is too far. What do you think?
