Husband won't hold the baby.

I need advice! My husband will not hold our baby, it's been 10 weeks now and he will not hold the baby unless the baby is asleep! His reasoning is that the baby just cries everytime he holds him, but the thing is his idea of watching the baby is just laying him on his chest and going back to playing on his phone. I've told him plenty of times that he needs to walk and sing with him but he won't. I'm starting to resent him because he was the one who wanted a baby so bad (I wanted to wait a year or two) but now I'm stuck doing everything (including cooking/cleaning, he just takes care of outside stuff) I feel like I might as well just do it on my own, then at least I wouldn't have to clean up after him!
