Tetralogy of Fallot

Stacie
My husband and I are expecting our second child in May 2017. We're 19 weeks and 3 days and just found out we're having a boy! His big sister is a perfectly healthy and amazing almost 4 year old. At the ultrasound yesterday, they found that the baby has a heart defect, most likely Tetralogy of Fallot. I have been a roller coaster of emotion over the last 13 hours...so excited we're having a boy, but terrified of the risks and complications, on top of the fact that the normal regular life I had with the first is going to be vastly different this time around. My husband is such a rock for me as we are going through this but I can tell he is terrified right along side me. Life just got a whole lot more complicated but we're gonna get through it, I just know it.
