nauseous very nauseous
Why do I feel so nauseous like all the time . I can't eat anything without feeling nauseous. It's like as soon as I wake up I feel really nauseous and then I eat and then about five minutes later I start feeling nauseous again. And I don't know what's going on with me . HELP ME OUT!!!!
