Cramping? What does it mean

So yesterday was the hight of my ovulation. We baby danced, and my legs went up for 45mins (a friend told me.to.try it out). Now the day after, my left side is cramping. Any idea of what it is? It's not a muscle or bone thing (I'm a massage therapist and I work with a chiropractor). Help help and.... HELP
