It's going down! but the ovaries forgot to show up!

So today was the first day of my fertility testing after our consultation. It was to do a follicle count, but they couldn't find my ovaries!! Has thIs ever happens to anyone?? I got blood work and. Vaginal and regular ultrasound. They kind of saw my right, but couldn't get a count. The left was still just hiding regardless. I go back Tuesday for a physical, Wednesday for my HSG, and Thursday for my saline sono and genetic counseling. I'm so angry at my husband because he didn't go with me and only plans on going on Thursday for the genetic counseling. Merry freaking Christmas 😢
