Is it bad that im getting twinges and dull pains come and go at 4dpo??

Feeling a dull ache really low down too and felt a sharp stabbing pain that made me jump two days ago. I've felt this pain before and that was when I was pregnant two months ago prior to my miscarriage. I'm dpo5 but been having this for two days. I know it's so early for anything but the only time I felt like this was when I was pregnant before.
