Starting oral provera tonight

I will take my first pill 10mg of provera tonight to help induce AF. It's a 10 day prescription so I was curious if anyone started AF before the 10 pills or is it typically after? Should I expect any side affects? I've read all I can about it online, just curious about personal experience.
