Really bad cramping

I have been moving this last week and might be doing too much... It's tough to rest and go easy during a move!!  But today I'm having really bad cramps, like period cramps, and I'm worried something bad is happening.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I'm nervous, but I hate to over react and go to hospital.  😕. Any help would be great!!!!  Oh and I'm 16 weeks right now...
