So I work at Target and I was on the cash register just now when a RANDOM ASS DUDE leans over the counter and starts touching my belly. I jumped back and was so mortified I couldn't even talk. What the hell? Lol is that like a thing that people think is okay to do? I am so mortified😫😫

I don't mind it, some people are curious and love bellies, i work as a medical assistant and see patients of all ages, they had monthly appointments and always touched, many of our regular patients brought gifts and were  excited about baby. I think it's cute. Sorry for your experience

In some states it is against the law to touch you. Check your with your state and report it to the manager if you can. I had to do that several times because I was very sick during pregnancy I couldn't handle any BS like that

Im sorry that happened to you! My fiancé's uncle did the same thing to me and it caught me so off guard and freaked me out. I barely even know the man.
I don't understand why anyone thinks they can just start touching on a pregnant woman's stomach without asking. My thinking is you wouldn't randomly go up to someone who isn't pregnant and start touching them, so what makes it ok when there is a baby involved. It's rude and invasive.
