I have a cold sore and I won't let my BF kiss me. He keeps saying he doesn't care but I don't want him to a)suffer and b) keep passing it back and forth!

Is it a cold sore or a canker sore? A canker sore us no problem, but I true cold sore is contagious and I wouldn't share that if I could avoid it.

We've kissed each other with cold sores all the time as we both get them. Then we'll end up passing it to each other and make jokes about it. It depends on your comfort level and how bad the cold sore is/would affect you.
